since our founding in 2001, the U.S. government has rated our quality assurance at 100%, and our record with other customers is also outstanding.

Our company is ISO 9001:2000 compliant, and parts produced for subcontractors and our commercial customers get the same high level of quality inspection as our government procured parts.

If you have specific inspection needs, we will accommodate them. Inspection documentation accompanies every part we produce.

To ensure parts accuracy, FEA uses several different types of inspection equipment, including a Brown & Sharpe CMM, a Mituyou Optical Comparator, and an 8-foot FARO PlatinumArm® CMM.

The FAROArm® coordinate measuring machine is the latest technology in measurement equipment. Accurate to .0005”, it allows us to inspect, reverse engineer or perform CAD-to-part-analysis on parts, fixtures and assemblies. Unlike previous technologies, the FAROArm® is portable, so it can be used for inspection anywhere.

If our work does NOT meet your expectations for quality, including any legal and regulatory requirements in your original specifications, simply quantify the issue and we will promptly re-machine or remake the part to your satisfaction.

FEA performance and quality control are so robust, we have never needed to remake a part under this guarantee.
