This is not the old waterjet technology. Today’s abrasive waterjet machining is so easily programmed and so precise it is often the technology of choice for cutting, ablation, and/or structuring of any part and any material. Our tolerance and accuracy is within +/-.003”, with a maximum size of 5’ x 10’, 7” thick. Waterjet cutting leaves no burrs or thermal distortion, with no material hardening or stress. And its close part-nesting capability maximizes materials yield, further lowering your costs.

We provide Waterjet Cutting services for a wide range of materials such as aluminum, hardened tool steel, titanium, exotics including carbon fiber, ceramic, Inconel®, composites, marble, granite, glass, tile, stone, rubber, plastic, foam, and more. Waterjet is suitable for any two-dimensional piece 55” x 100” or smaller. (Three-dimensional pieces can often be created by assembly of 2D components.) Using waterjet, we have cut everything from ornate picture frames to armor panels.
