Whether you need one piece, or 10,000, FEA combines the right tools with the right experience. We offer waterjet machining, CNC machining, drawing / programming capabilities, assembly of complex parts, riveting and spot welding.

In many cases (for example), some components will be machined by waterjet, others milled, then all assembled, inspected, packaged and shipped. Our capabilities also include special processes such as heat treating, non-destructive testing, plating, painting, part marking and specialty packaging.

And our reverse engineering capabilities are impressive.

Attesting to our broad, expert manufacturing capabilities, FEA has supplied the United States Department of Defense directly and indirectly since 2001. In addition, our management has many years of prior experience with military and aerospace fabrication under government contract — more than 20 years’ combined.

In the private sector, the same level of service is provided to other fast-paced industries such as automotive and aerospace parts.

Our company uses the latest fabrication and estimating software. The only limitation to our capabilities is the maximum size of the part (currently 55” x 100" x 7” thick max for waterjet).
